Dr. Ali Al Habubi
Chairman
Ali Al Habubi is an Iraqi qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 30 years of experience as an auditor, CFO and Financial Controller with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. He is skilled in budgeting, business planning, operations management, analytical skills, and risk management; Ali served as a senior Auditor in Abdul Malik Al Shimari firm of CPA's, which is one of the leading private auditing firms in Iraq.

Dr. Firas Korban
Partner - Senior Advisor
Firas Korban is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Baghdad, Iraq, and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the University of Baghdad. And has over 30 of combined experience in areas such as auditing, finance and investment. Firas is the founder of Firas I. Korban Ali & Co., which consists of several qualified accounting, auditing, advisory and tax professionals in Baghdad. He served earlier as an Auditor in the office of Khalid Al-Haiali – CPA. .

Dr. Adnan AI Qadhi
Partner - Senior Advisor
Adnan Al Qadhi is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Baghdad, Iraq, and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the University of Baghdad. He currently serves as a Partner at Firas I. Korban & Co., where he has worked for over 30 years. His extensive knowledge of financial and managerial accounting, plus his leadership skills developed as an advisor, attests to his talent as a financial professional. He’s also served as Senior Manager in the Ernst and Young (EY)– Global firm in the accounting and financial advisory services. Additionally, earlier as well he served as Senior Auditor in the office of Khalid Al-Haiali – CPA. Adnan is a partner also in Firas I. Korban Ali & Co.
